Just received this message from 'PokerStars' after dealing with their Customer Support. Which is rather unusual e-mail, i.e. this is the first ever I receive something like this after contacting PS Support. I wonder whether anybody else has received any of these. I haven't tried to click any of the links 'just in case'.

Weird is that I was contacting Support and they were responding using support@pokerstars.uk e-mail, but this is support@pokerstars.net, which I realize is their Play Money platform, but still seems dodgy as hell.

It looks like a safe message of PokerStars support to give your feedback about your experience with them, but if you want to be sure you can always send a mail to them about this mail. I had this kind of mail also after contacting CS, but didn’t paid attention of this was of .net support.

Best regards,

never received this, but also didn't contact support recently, so i would guess this is something new. my hunch is that it's legit, but if you are unsure i guess you have nothing to lose by ignoring it :f_biggrin:

I have received an identical message recently
There should be a message below reminding you of what service they provided
