Against this type of player is indeed min-raise folding a little bit better, but you’re shove is +EV as well.

Again, I agree.

It`s definitely profitable shove but specially with ace blocker I think it`s a bit more +EV to raise-fold with this information from villain. It`s something you can do a lot at SnGs too. And points for realizing that option already yourself when you posted this hand.

I think you're auto shipping in that spot with any two cards against relatively tight villain. You however pointed something which I really hadn't ever thought about, considering villains 3 bet when stealing blind vs blind, and that stealing with min bet vs. a villain with zero 3 bet might be better then shipping. But then again, I think this might be a misevaluation, since you might end up in a worse situation, playing out of position with a hand with low post flop playablility vs. a hand that probably has high post flop playability which is his call range. His 3 bet might be zero, but unless you've been observing or filter out the stat you probably don't have on your HUD how much he's cold calling from the blinds, which is what he might be favoring considering his stats (17/11 means he's calling with a lot of suited connectors, etc.). So unless you have the read or data that he is not 3 betting OR cold calling from the blinds, I think autoshipping this spot keeps on being the best option by far in this spot.

Flatting of BB could be a problem, but for him it’s also difficult to play post-flop with his small stack.
He’s fast committed if he missed the flop. So I expect the BB will fold or 3 bet shove in BB most of the time.
