dang out with JJ guy called with a draw on the flop .

probably should have just shoved but I wanted to give him room to come over the top cuz I was on the button and it was a steal size raise.

maybe has an internet connection problem or something.. so the tourney would just sit him out while he's gone. Hopefully he can work it out and make it back.

Too bad about his internet crash - but awesome that he managed to win in my absence :)

Much  Hlynkinn :)

Hi SoyCD, this is Leonard from the spanish forum!

There, we have our own BotD and I was thinking:

Wouldn't it be interesting to make a tourney or at least some competition between the #1 team in the english forum and the #1 in the spanish one?

My team's name is GAME OVER and without any miracles for the second team, we are going to win the BOTD the next sunday!

What do you think?

no homo...

But seriously I feel like I need to explain my disapearing last night... I got a call like 20 min before the fith break... you might have noticed I got a little bit off after that... So I heard my relative had been put into the hospital... wasn't sure if I should go there or what but when the break hit I decided I would just drive to the hospital to join up with my family... there are few things more important then the botd you know :)... So after staying at the hospital all night waiting for results it all looks better than expected :)
So it's all good... I'm currently at an internet café so I don't feel like logging into my account to ship moneys right away :) I'll do so asap I get home... Probably in few hours.... So thx all for the support I hope I didn't let anyone down but myself :(

bad beat: I skipped the exam due to this stuff above... I call the school and I need to pay $50 to get to take the exam on another time... Like seriously?

That`s a real life bad beat you got there. I hope it all sorts out well for you.

And of course - congratz on winning BOD this week too :)

Congrats on the results Hlykinn & bkbart, good stuff both of you.

Sorry to hear of the health concern Hlykinn, you are totally right of course that family & friends should always come before poker. Everyone here would have done exactly the same thing. Wishing them a full & speedy recovery.

Would also like to thank everyone for supporting me in my first ever BOTD yesterday, good fun although pretty card dead all night and was getting picked on a fair bit. Think I need to grow myself a better set of those spherical things that hang between the legs ;) not aggresso enough perhaps last night.
In particular thanks to Hlykinn for the insight into his style of play when railing him after my exit. Appreciate it buddy, thanks.

Whilst a regular (micro) mtt player, I find the standard of play in the $5+ tourneys much stronger and feel my game needs refinement. Watching you guys is seriously good for the wealth of my game

Bart.

Ouch Hlynkinn sorry to hear that. Hope everything sorts out ok and I'm glad things are looking better in the morning.

There is nothing to regret about your decision, neither the BOD nor the exam, nor $50 come to close to the importance of Family :)

Hope all is well Hlynkinn ;)
