How to get them if iam playing on pokerstars but my account isnt opted in pokerstrategy??
To improve my game i need to get at least silver status, so i can watch some sng videos..

There's still a plenty of poker rooms that you can play on and collect Strategy Points. Check this: Online poker rooms.

In addition to what Crimson said, there's also the option to just buy Silver status directly. You can find out points shop here: Points shop
So if you absolutely do not want to switch rooms, this is another option.
