1.my future goal for next month is to play 8 hours/day
2.Practice my CC ranges vs 3x open raise , both IP and OOP
3.Practice 3bet ranges vs 3x open raise, vs general unknown opp at NL5
4.Create an extra new color coded HUD that highlights the leaks
5.Move up to NL10 and win +13bb/100h
6.improve the winning by folding! where should i not float!

New personal record for today. Played 4500 hands but won only 10$.
My game is messed up. Major changes with the ranges.
Lucky that i play NL5 because otherwise my mistakes would cost more.
How to get over downswing tilt?
Make failure fun! Have fun while playing... you will figure out a way.
Here is how i do it sometimes: I play 1 table and use the chat and i have fun of the mistakes that people do.
And i call people nits ♦
This is good also to "going nowhere" tilt like i had yesterday (played 4500hands and won 10$, doh.. FullTilt)!
Also talking about the hands, tells other people that you are in the game and when a multitable guy sees u talk, he subconstious knows u focus on the game and he is less likely to make multistreets bluffs and plays more x/f because he does not have time to think trough every hand like you do.

Hey dude! Looking at your CC ranges in the blinds I am just curious as to whether your 3bet range is going to put you in some fairly tough spots. I would be careful playing this way if 2NL is anything to go off.
A very static range v BTN will be near pointless in my opinion as it must surely be best to adjust on the go, I feel that is the way anyway but I play micros haha

yes we need to adjust it further if we have other info.
The ranges are made vs "unknown" (Ft3bet=50% , call 3bet=30% , pot odds vs 3x raise and realization factor IP=0.9 and OOP=0.75) so they guarantee a good play vs most NL5 players.
Forgot to mention that OOP i 3bet only 28% of original OpenRaise% and IP i 3bet 35%.

Battle range of the day
Watched Uri Peleg's video Climbing the Stakes
Spoiler
What i have learned from this video:
-On flop we xback TP type hands sometimes, we also xback air and make a delay cbet on turn
-On flop A high+backdoor FD is strong enough to call 1 bet in HU pot.
-On flop in 3 way pot we cbet tighter than in heads up pots. We also call tighter.
-Analyse each SD hand and note what you think is not default play

Thanks.
Sidenote:
I'vs noticed it is easier to make smaller bets so that u get more value and keep the pot small.
If u make larger bets u get into bad spots and it is costly if u are not good at folding.
Also it puts your opponents out of their comfort zone.
I want to learn to make big bets like i saw Uri Peleg do.

Fair enough, I like the methodical approach of your game. What software are you using?

First session was a disaster +4$, second session i had a nice fish by my side.

I was a bit desperate. In first part of session just lost another 4 buyins. One day ago i had a downswing also.
I played bad these 2 days but not this bad. The results are not telling the truth, i hope.
Today i had some amazing plays too , i made some insane bluffs, I extracted value amazingly in some spots -=1=- -=2=- and i pressed the fold button with overpairs!
I am making some mistakes however, need to find out where!
I need some help!
I realised i need to make adjustments in my cold call and 3bet range from blinds.
