Hi i'm new here and just to help me out as a new elephant user who has just yesterday downloaded the software can you treat me as a two year old as i havent any experiance with anything like this type of software .It seems to have loaded my hand history and data from Party poker but i'm a bit confused at the information displayed .

I'm trying to print screen of the over view but dont know how to include it in this post ,its a saved word doc .If anyone can help i will do this to show you what i'm getting ......without displaying my Alias so it will be an annonomous display .

Basically i'm confused as to the figures that are displayed as my Balance from a free $50 is at $308 and i have also withdrew a $100 but it doesnt show any of this and in the 4-5 days i have been playing it seems to be just showing $217 and a load of other info i dont understand haha .

Any help would be appreciated and i will post a screen shot if some one shows me how .

Now i'm getting fed up with this progam because i thought i had made a mistake when installing so i uninstalled useing revo uninstaller and now have reinstalled from the right download tab ...........now it says trial period over and has expired .........i only down loaded it yesterday it cant have expired already can it ...............can someone please help me out here

Well i guess that could happen after a reinstall but dont worry you can still use all the beginner features. For someone who is gold i shouldn't be a big problem to get the 1000 SP
