Hello,
For some reason hand converter doesnt work, so I hope you can understand the hand in raw format.

Its arguable if donking is good play here, but player had quite low cbet stat and I thought I might induce a raise which I was planning to call. On the river I valuebet thinking there are a lot of worse hands he can call with, but instead I get a big raise. Opponent seems very solid (92% won SD no small pots over 12 occasions) and I couldn't assingn him much bluffs, since I think he would raise his bluffs and AK, KQ type of hands on the flop. So I tanked for an hour and folded. What do you think, can we call?

yeah it's a gnarly spot. I don't mind the lead but I would generally lead a bit bigger here on the flop if I'm going to take this line. Also when you lead here what is your plan if you do face a raise otf?

I don't think I would read a lot into 92% won SD over 12 spots personally. Anyway presuming he's competent he's rarely raising a worse value hand here. I suppose occassionally a weaker two pair like some random K3s but there's not much. It's either a slow-played QJ, set or a bluff, and it certainly doesn't seem a great spot to bluff, what hands would get to the river this way and then wish to bluff? So I guess it is a sigh fold yeah.

If he raised on the flop I was going to just call and x to him on the turn to keep his bluffs in.

I think he has more value combos than bluffs there, I think waiting for river to raise a bluff is crazy, maybe occasionally he would with busted gutshot or QT type of hand cause my line looks weak. But set or QJ looks much more likely.
