I also ask abt this from HM forum :It sounds like you are having a problem we have seen reported a few times recently. The pacific/888 client fails to write the hole cards for some/most of your hands so then it doesn't recognize you as the hero.

I am having some problems with 888 resolution. Could tell me if this is an update or some kind of an error or something.
I was able to play 6 tables freely and now i can hardly play at 4 because of the huge size.
There is an update going on with our software but we are also having some issues.
We are working diligently to resolve the issues.
Once we have it confirmed, we will update you.

Well, i couldn't play yestarday so I thought I'm gonna play today morning but after playing couple hands server is down AGAIN, great job 888joke
n total you had 2 Gold chips on 24th. Then on the 28th you got top 100 of the weekly 5k tour so you had 4 gold chips in total.
This entitled you for the tour ticket + $10 + 50 bonus. The $60 bonus were credited to your account on the 28th of June: Bonus reference 30293790702 7.00.52pm GMT time
On the 5th of July you once again qualified to the 2 Gold chips of the weekly tour, however as per our terms and conditions:
5. Players can only advance to a maximum of 4 GOLD CHIPS and no further, after winning 2 Gold CHIPS in the $5,000 Mega Money Grab tournament, regardless of their previous chip count.
Therefore you only have a total of 4 Gold Chips

so if u have 6 gold chips and u play in the 5 k mega money grab and win, how many gold chips u have? that is a simple question by the 888 logic: 6 +2=4...booooommm so this is how u loose your chance to win 3000 dolars or 10000 dolars so evan if u play and win a 2k money grab tournement the rezult is simple again 4 left +1( if top 300) or + 2 (if first) = 4 gold chip hilarious site

Today, about an hour and something ago, while I was playing, the software stopped to work and close down but still running in the task manager and every-time I try to open the lobby it say that the software is currently update and will re-open as soon the update is complete.
Is it just my problem or there is an issue with the platform?
This matter going on by now for over an hour ...
... any advice/suggestions or other please or I need to call the support?

Tbo, it sound strange as usually the guys from the support are very kind and in time of technical issue they always refunded or be totally supportive and understanding in such direction ...
But, it's a bit of time ago the last time I have spoken to them maybe in the main time peoples and policy forward the public has change in the main time, though
in such case it will be a shame imo
Btw, about 10:30 last night finally a setup appear from the blom and the software was re-installed automatically (some update I suppose) as the configuration of the tables was change in size for example ...
I played threw to midnight about without any more issue, hope that the problems are sort by now

They should refund and apologize to the players that were playing MTTs, other rooms, no, one room, pokerstars, does that ...
It was a time when similar issue happened to them and they refunded at least the buy-in to MTTs players, and that should be right and the same should apply for anybody else ...

you killed all the sng beside the super turbo on 888 poker . who camed with the idea of changing them? you are not capable of doing nothing . all from 888poker burn neurons for nothing : 40 s not running as ussually , 6 max normal speed is not funny anymore .
