hI.. 888Rep is this how you treat your Customers!? 1º i receive an email from 888 that said you will abandon the Portuguese market because of the new laws. till here ok.. i understand but one more time i lose my tickets for MTT and no email a days before so that i did have the time to solve this.lol :f_drink:.. 2º i speak at the chat with your customers service and all ok. they said that i will receive an email with more indication..3º LOL the email with the indication said only that you will not pay my money account balance because of the withdraw limit that is $25 and my account balance is lesser .. really. its not my fold that the government put a new law for poker play.. at least pay me, my money!!

everywhere , any poker room has a minimum limit to cash out via credit card and e-wallet is minimum of 10 $ , but i see that you didnt made any deposits via them so the only way is throught bank transfer wich that is the minimum limit .
I dont see why so much effort to find your justice when you are trying to cash out 3 $.
Of course does matter how much you cash out becouse every poker room has a minimum .

hi.. i see that you doesn´t understand the situation at all.. i will explain you.. and whrere did you see that i didn´t make a deposit on 888poker.. are you from there support? i think not so you can´t see nothing!! i did make a deposit at 888poker, did make profit and 2 weeks ago i withdraw all may account balance, over $70.. at this time i leave at my account only a few MTT tickets and SnG tickets.. here problem is that i from a few $ did make many money.. lol but ok. then i use the tickets and in one of them i did win $ and in more other 2 or 3 tickets from SnG.. the problem here is there are lying!!! they can keep the money for them and did have great profit from 888poker but saying that the refunds that i have at the moment are BONUS REFUNDS WHEN THEY ARE NOT..LOL. ii can prove all this but they can prove nothing because they are lying and i hate lies. they can keep the money for them but don´t try to bullshit me around!!! i understand the withdraw limits but one more time i say that i am forced to withdraw. its not my fold.. good luck for you and i hope you did understand this time..

I just finished a 2 hour sesion on 888 and had lots of disconecting ,it is almost imposible to play on 888

The other $80 will be released in $10 each time you amass the required points.
