Im playing since 2009 on 888Poker and even Im playing micros still, I have made some winning history on the room and that's almost the reason why I have persevered and played there even many changes against regs (like limitations to 6 tables max, rake, vip system, etc.) but I have been loyal and always there
I had few swings, as its standard and normal in poker
In the past few days I lost 1/2 of my bankroll
Usually, peoples with time grain experience and go better in life as in poker specially and I cannot believe that I have became a fish so badly with such a great coincidence
Likely, Im not play MTTs there (or SNGs) anymore even if lots of tickets and pass etc. has been throw to me (thanks about that btw)
- So, are you go to refund all the peoples that has lost the buy-ins for MTTs and SNGs?
- Do you go to refund peoples (like me) that lost half of their money for the distressing disappearance of the tables and the impossibility to play in such
conditions?
Im on Pokerstrategy for so long as I have been on 888Poker (ex Pacific Poker btw) as I started there with the initial capital kindly offered by this great Poker School, and by now you can ask around, I never been rude, never offended nobody always try to make peace and be patience but I must say you are losing everything good you have building as reputation in these years
I mean, for God sake, why you do not close down the room as you have techno issue or at least warn peoples of the risk to play in such condition instead to be so greedy and totally uncared about your clients?
Sorry, but even for some1 like me the patience has a limit and tbo, what's happening has not excuses at all

I agree with everything you wrote.
Looks like if they shut down site they would lose a lot of money so it's better to write some lame appologies when we complain.
I went through the same thing when i was playing cash game and got disconnected in the middle of a hand and my hand was folded on the river even thought i had nuts. When i logged back in money was gone and that particular hand wasn't in hand history. All in all I didn't get my money back.
I will be cashing out all my money from 888poker since it's not safe to play there anymore nor they seem to care much about that even thought we (players) pay them.
It was fun while it lasted but not anymore. They should look up to PokerStars in terms of quality of software, support and dealing with technical difficulties.

I had/ve a great relationship with the team and the support of 888Poker, never an issue and every-time we spoke on th phone has been always a pleasure and a great good experience with them
My point, isn't about the money, etc. but as 888Poker has became a big name in the Poker world panorama so, I cannot understand how they can make what's happening without take a proper care of it and with a very showing of poor regards forward their clients

We are continuing to put all of our efforts into fixing the network issues that have been causing the disconnections but unfortunately these issues have not yet been resolved. For this reason we will cancel The Volcano tonight and lower the GTD of the Tuesday Challenge and possibly a couple of other tournaments. If you play and suffer disconnections that materially affect you, please contact support in order to be refunded. 1) What's up with the ridiculous withdraw times ?
2) And can you fix how quickly the tournament lobby updates with info? It's quite important to know exactly how many players are left in a tournament usually.

The tournament lobby updates are happening because of the recent issues and should be resolved soon.
The withdrawal times have always been the same and it is done for admin/business reasons.
