Problem is that I dont see many hands that he would go broke with for 100 BB in an unraised pot that you can beat with bottom 2 pair
I think he has too often a hand like KJ,KQ,T9,AT

I dont think you have enough equity to go broke in this spot against his range, so I would fold to his Flop 3bet

Yes, the only hand you beat is slowplayed aces (which I've seen my share of) or a pure bluff from a maniac. Most people is willing to go broke with any two pair so I guess there is a slight chance for a split pot with another QJ but most likely you are beat by the hands Coreprime mentioned. I would need at least KQ to go broke here.
