I don't think it would be a mistake to 4bet / stack off preflop vs. this guy. After his check behind on the flop, ott I would bet myself. As played I would call the river.

He is 3betting you a bit and I agree tgat you can stack off preflop.
On turn we must make a bet after his check on flop.
His line looks a lot like AK or TT-99... And as we see that most of the time his aggression grows with every street I would call river.
