I would raise this hand from the button to isolate the limper and to avoid going to the flop 4 handed.
UTGs bet looks weak, he might be on a draw and wants to get cheap to the turn.
I think its marginal, you just have a gutshot, backdoorflushdraw and your overcard outs are not clean.
I would have folded against unknown because the pot is rather small and there is still an opponent behind you.
As played you cant get away from this on the turn I think cause he is a shortstack, you have TPGK and you still have a few outs, so I would call his shove due to potodds


Raise preflop 5BB.

Flop : you can't call, you have only a gutshot, your overcards outs are not clean, there's a flushdraw so even if you hit a T, you might not have the nuts.

Easy fold flop.

As played, I don't see any hand that you beat doing a 4-bet all-in here.
