I dont like the call pf oop but postflop I like it.

BU limp first in is so weak, and a high suited connector like T9 is a nice hand to raise it preflop since you will have a lot of fold equity against the BU limper and your hand is disguised as well.
As played I would have called the BB raise with T9s like you did. I think this hand is strong enough.
Getting it in on the Flop is fine, you will often be way ahead against Overpairs


As he is a big fish, I think preflop call is OK, you have good implied odds I think.

fold preflop. You are OOP and draws play way better IP. Postflop is fine.
