I'd like to expand on this request and also on screen space management in your videos (as well as coachings), Collin, in particular, your most recent MTSNG and 9-man STT live 8-tabling videos, as that was also the format of Common13's MTSNG coaching in the Russian community last Thursday.
As we all understand, the aspect ratio of Pokerstrategy's embedded video player is 16:9, which is also the most popular ratio in monitors and laptop screens.
The aspect ratio of the tables of major poker rooms, Pokerstars included, is 4:3, and thus, when you show 4 stacks of 2 tables each, tiled 2x2, there's a lot of space left at the sides of the screen (I mean, even when the video is played in the full screen mode).
A great alternative is tiling 6 tables in 3 columns and 2 rows. After you record 6 tables at their normal size, it will suffice to reduce the dimensions of the video by as little as 11% extra in order to fit the footage area into the same 16:9 frames. This will leave a bit of space at the top and/or bottom, but it will be more convenient to add comment lines (such as the title of the video or credits) into this space than into the vertical bars left aside the current 2x2 tiling.
Playing at 6 tables, you'll be able to elaborate a bit more on each spot but still avoid awkward pauses as there will still be enough interesting action.
Surely, you're an advocate of stacking tables and perhaps trying to make your viewers more used to this paradigm by making stacks of 2 tables each, but I find such placement unnecessarily eclectic, especially because having 4 stacks is still different from your normal grinding routine. You won't feel significantly less comfortable playing with the 3x2 layout than with the 2x2x2 one.
From my perspective, as someone who's been tiling for the entire 'poker career', when one table pops up under the other and then the latter table pops back up within the same spot in your live videos, I feel as if I (a teetotal) woke up after a merry night: I can hardly remember what was happening earlier in the hand. Moreover, the tables are not exactly one under another (as they'd be in your normal stacked grind), and there's a kind of flicker or a mini-earthquake when they pop one over another and the buttons move a bit, which makes me a little bit dizzier.
I agree that, if you were playing at 30 tables, it would be difficult to remember the previous development of a hand anyway. However, when you play at so few tables, and more importantly, when your viewers are trying to follow and remember the action at all the few tables or at the particular table(s) that are of interest to them (provided that you mix formats), it's useful to keep all the tables and the important data on them (the stack sizes, the HUD) visible at all times.
Regarding the MOSH paradigm itself (thanks again for that seminal video! 
), I think that stacking may eventually become less popular again than tiling or smarter stack-and-tiling and the abbreviation may turn into MOTH (mark hands, do not get overwhelmed, tile, use hotkeys), for a few reasons.
As you correctly mentioned in the MOSH video, the tougher is a field, the smaller is the table count that maximizes the hourly winrate, especially because the risk of having a critically low ROI is higher. In the Spin & Go era, with the fields of traditional SNGs drying up, it's becoming more and more reasonable to cut the table count to 20-24 (5x4 or 6x4), in which case they can fit with little overlap on a 2560x1440 monitor that a high volume grinder usually either has already or can afford with little pressure on the bankroll, and train the valuable skill of not missing reads and spots.
Moreover, the lobbies have become so unpopulated that, in order to have more than 24 tables up at a once, one has to be able to beat a lot of formats, and it has become more reasonable to play at a bit fewer tables of a few familiar formats, with better focus, enhanced by the ability to make advance folds when the grinder is free from important decisions for a few seconds, which reduces the risk of stressful timeouts. This effect is amplified by the fact that the future value of SNE and even SN has become questionable.
Not sweating all-ins is a double-edged sword: though it does reduce tilt, it addresses the symptom but not the cause (the dependency of the mood on the card distribution); meanwhile, as you usually don't get to see opponents' hole cards if the table pops under, you miss out on important info about their stackoff ranges, which is fine if they're regs because you can review hands retroactively and make use of the info in a lot of later encounters, but not if they're recs, each of whom is unique, and you need to apply the info there and then.
So I no longer see a need for you to teach people to stack tables if they're not comfortable with it.
