Am I right in saying that Netbet is not working for anyone in Windows 10?
If so, then the issue of what combination of browsers you use to download the software, I would suggest, is a bit of a red herring- the issue is more fundamental than that and simply Netbet doesn't currently work at all for anyone in Windows 10, irrespective of user configuration.
Of course, if I'm wrong and Netbet does work for someone in Windows 10, then we need to start looking into user configurations, but until we find someone who uses Netbet in Windows 10, I'm not sure its worth wasting any time trying to diagnose issues....

I dont know specific people, but the fix about deleting the client, updating java and reinstalling is said to have worked for some users and that was confrmed to me by NetBet support

Hi,

I just wanted to add, that I had the exact same problem, but I finally somehow got it to work. Don't know exactly what did it, but here is what I tried;

Made Internet Explorer 11 the default browser
Turning on/off alot of ActiveX options in Internet Settings in Internet Explorer 11
Uninstalled the client, reinstalled Java with Internet Explorer 11, reinstalled the client.

Hope that helps someone... Good luck!

So it is worth playing around with then :) (If you don't have an alternative site to Netbet)

I'll wait till more concrete instructions arrive as I tried re-installing java through IE and it said I cannot install an older version of java :deadhappy:

Hey 8runo,

I get exactly the same at Netbet and have for quite some time. My black login box populates after 30-45 seconds.

Worth a try to leave it open for a while?

Regards

Laz

Thanks - tried it, left it a few minutes, but not populated. It did populate once yesterday but simply said something like "Technical error - please try later"

Ahha, success.....

I just speculatively tried adding netbet.co.uk and netbetpoker.co.uk to my compatibility list and it immediately went straight into the login screen (I still had it open to see if it would populate)

I'm a little confused so please be patient with me. :-)

I have windows 10 and am told that it is not comparable with Internet Explorer. (LOL They say I have to upgrade to win 8.1 to use IE) A lot of the advice here mentions using IE to fix this problem in win 10. IT looks like NetBetT support is also recommending IE. Please excuse my ignorance, but how can this be?

I just got a Free money offer on Netbet, seems like I'm gonna miss it because I have Win10 and I have the same problem as everyone else :f_cry:

To get to IE in Windows 10 -
Click on the search icon in the bottom left and search for Internet Explorer, you will find it there as an app.
