Is anyone else getting disconnected from time to time on 888poker or is it just me ?
I was playing 6 tables and got disconnected in the middle of a hand and of course it was as if i folded and sat out. My internet connection was fine since i was listening music on youtube and playing on PokerStars at the time without any problems.
It happened a few times last week. Looks like they have some server problems.
If it is so they should at least warn us about that.

We are continuing to put all of our efforts into fixing the network issues that have been causing the disconnections but unfortunately these issues have not yet been resolved. For this reason we will cancel The Volcano tonight and lower the GTD of the Tuesday Challenge and possibly a couple of other tournaments. If you play and suffer disconnections that materially affect you, please contact support in order to be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and hope to sort out the issues ASAP.
Got seriously sick of all the disconnections so I withdrew from 888 poker - you've lost a longtime customer to full tilt.
This has also been happening today. Only joined the site 3 days ago, very disappointing...
Shouldnt there be a disconnect protection after throwing in chips into a cash game pot?
just lost 3 tables this way...this site became a really joke..it seems they have money to buy partypoker but not to fix 1 month tremendous connection problem...you have lost also one more client by now

Your software is bad, see photos , I can not see anything. This is what I do not want to play in your company 's main reason. Always long wait , I'm sad ah?

Can you email support@888poker.com and explain your issue, give them your poker user name and they will advise you what to do.
there are still issues with disconnections?i want to start to play at 888 but i see that they have a lot of problems with their software...
We have had a few issues with an update last week but things should be ok now.
