Hello there, didnt find much info about poker in poland, i just know that living there is super cheap and it possible to play there.
Im non eu citizen what do i need to do to start playing legally? there is any tax on online poker in poland? there is live games running there?
Would like to get some info about it.

Hi, Online poker is illegal in Poland. You can play on online poker rooms but you must transfer of cash on Skrill 
Confirmed, illegal in Poland. The cheapest EU country, where you can play legally is Bulgaria (with no tax on profit).

In live games you have thievish 20% tax at every winning so game in casino can't be profitable. cash live is illegal. regards.

living is fairly cheap but it really depends where you live and what standard of life you expect. In general most people in Poland earn about 600-800$/month and they get on. It's possible to spend 300$/month in some circumstances (shared room, cheapeast food etc) but for some people 3000$ wouldn't be enough. Maybe name the place you're interested in then some people hopefully will be able to give you more information.
Online games are prohibited by law (so there's not tax) but you can log-in from Poland. There's no way however that you play legally online.
Live games are not profitable at all. Cash games don't exist (only underground games) and tournaments are taxed very highly but they're not popular either. If you live in southern/western Poland you have close trips to Slovakia/Germany/ the Czech Republic to play live there.
Why Poland? There are plenty of better places for ppl who play poker for living.

Here is fun fact about casino taxes. Polish people can play in any of the casino inside european union without paying taxes except.... yes.... polish casinos WHY?!:why:
Ive been in Poland months ago and i loved krakow and ill have a bit of help from friends bureaucracy wise. I think that renting a flat, food etc ... are realy cheap, and the girls are nice too :).
The only way to transfer money from the account is through Skrill? I cant transfer to bank account?

Guys already told you, poker is illegal here so u have to avoid "official" ways to transfer money. Best of them is skrill which does fine. U dont pay taxes from illegal activity so it shouldnt bother you. All of the truly living connected things should be easily handled by your friends.
