Question 1: I'm not sure what test you mean. There used to be a quiz, but I don't think so any more.
Question 2: All the free money offers are not available in all countries, and in some countries these offers are not available due to local regulations.
Check out the link above and if there are any offers on that page, look them over, decide which is best for you and follow the instructions.

No. You don't need to do the quiz. Clicking the link in VorpalF2F's post will take you to the free money page which is filtered by your country.
If you are more comfortable posting in Hungarian, then you could also check out our Hungarian language site.

Here's the situation: We used to have a quiz that was supposed to test our member's understanding of the basic strategy articles before they could apply for the free poker money. As Vorpal and Lazza pointed out, we eventually got rid of this quiz in favor of a new system that doesn't require you to pass any tests, but I believe there are still some older articles around which reference the quiz in some way. Sorry for the confusion.
Btw, if you're trying to improve your English, maybe you want to start your own blog in our blogs section? Quite a few of our members have already done this for that purpose. And obviously, you would also be able to receive some advice on your play while you're at it.
