Stop gambling in heads up, try to play 45 man SNG to learn and avoid turbo tourneys, Study and work hard.

I have found it much harder to play micro-stakes SNGs, I get frequently stung by people who've been raising or calling with the most outrageously oddball hands that catch me out. It's also much harder to practice my bluffing game against opponents who don't care that they're losing only 50p and call with a low pair when there's a scary board.
