still can't understand

Still no points but update on ticket says it can take up to 14 days for points to update.

Hi I still have an issue with my points from the UK site also! Have an open ticket... Is there anything else I can do to help speed up this process?

Also, I have been downgraded to bronze again after sorting out my playing audit and being upgraded to silver?!

I would suggest to add the downgrade problem to your ticket and ask support this also,, only thing you can do in this matter is to try be patient and i do hope we can resolve this problems soon but cant promise anything when it will be solved.

I've now got silver status from gold how can this happen part way through a month?
As for us being patient I have not had points for over a month now.

Hey guys,

Your status has been restored. I don't know how that happened. We still appear to be having trouble with the data from Pokerstars.co.uk so if you believe you are entitled to a status upgrade in September, please respond by ticket.

To add to what Laz said, the general problem with PokerStars was resolved. However, clearly there still seems to be a problem for the UK client. I'll forward your problem to our responsible department and will keep you updated. In the meantime, just contact our customer service again if you need another status upgrade due to the missing StrategyPoints for August.

Just submitted my ticket and screen grab of rake for last month.

.uk here and got an update this morning but only 2.71 points....

Are the points coming through staggered or smth?

I only played a couple small sessions in the last days of the month but should have made silver pretty easy i imagine

I got points for 29/8 and 31/8 on Pokerstars.eu even though I played every day last month on Pokerstars.uk.:f_confused:

Must be a substitute of your play on .uk imo

Got points for 2/9 but not the 1st.
It seems to work on alternate days so maybe were 50% there.:f_rolleyes:

small number of points credited for august have opened tickets with support given information still showing as bronze what now?

Last time I received a SP was almost 1 month ago (playing @ .com site) ... Any clues about when this is gonna be fixed?
