Won yesterday second place with low tourney 5+0,5 buy-in.
272 players. Went hu with 3,5-1 chiplead, but KQ vs 99 pf all-in qxxx he hits his flush on the turn; AQ vs A9 pf all-in 9JJ9Q- nice river, but bad turn card. And finally ended tourney TT vs QQ- I had flushdraw on the flop, but no help and not yet my first MTT win.
Anyway BR over 5K and Fulltilt&Pokerstrategy giving rakeback on every week, I would probably take the first NL200 shot today (but I feel a little sick, so maybe I´m not playing, depends how I´m feeling in the evening)

Haven' t updated for a while.
Read my last post: half a year ago +500$ day seemed unreal to me and it somehow is today, sine I haven't played not so many hands till July, so I haven't experienced very large swings per days.
One very important reason what I studied this year: poker shouldn't be 1st in your life. There are a lot more to do, than play/think 10 hours at poker to achieve some ridiculous goal (like earning 100k per one year) or play at least nl1K+ games.
This year has been very good for me. Didn't achieve most of my goals (my only earned 10k+ per year), but I moved up so quickly at the first half. Reaching 6 months nl 25sh to nl 200sh is massive jump that it is understandable that I faced some feedbacks (one minus month and two-three break even months, but I only have played 4-8k hands per month, so that' s probably variance :))
Don't set any goals to next year- if I make 100k, then it' s fine, if I make it 5k then it is also fine. Games probably get a littlebit tougher, since a lot of people face some difficult times and poker is one opportunity where you could not put your money in when you're loosing.
I got promotion, would get assistant and probably have to do a lot more work that I did this year, but no problem, I still got job and I get very good salary for that- or at least in our country 2300$ is very good salary.
I should also graduate school next year, and that should take a lot of effort and finally I met really nice girl who I like to spend a lot of time-sry poker, you´re not number 1st any more ♦

I haven´t posted a while, but since I have to wake up at 7.30 (because I don´t want to get fired- my workdays starts at 8.00 and when I reached work yesterday at 9.00, my supervisor told me to wrote letter, why I was late 50 minutes), then I don´t mostly have anything to do in the mornings.
This year hasn´t been really what ve expected, but since my nitty bankroll management I can safely play nl 100 sh (maybe move up to nl 200) if I at some day don´t care loosing/winning 1k per days. Just my style tends to be so aggressive that I get often all-in a lot of times and that would cause huge swings.
I think I´m playing better when I crushed nl200sh tables last year, but poker has also become a lot thougher. There are less fish at the tables and mostly are 18/16 regs or lags, so table selection is far more important than your playing skills, to win at poker.
Yesterday partypoker give me free 50$ and I have till december to free that money. Compared to my bankroll at FT it is candy money, but nevertheless I wanted to play some nl25sh tables and see how I do. First I managed to get almost one stacks against fish who decided to c/r J8 on 754, barrel on the 3 turn and shove on 5 river. I called him down 79. (H) Then AA vs KK :P, but in the end I managed to loose 7$ somehow. I guess 32/32/18 style isn´t the most profitable in the end ♦. If anyone wants to play hu nl25 or nl50 table then there are still 43$ left to take, come and get it boys;)

UTG opens (17/14 reg), I call 74s from co
Flop comes QsJs4, he c-bets 1,5$ into 2$ pot I raise to 4$, he calls.
My raise has there two purposes, first I think he can fold better hands, like medium pp-s, and if he has smt like Ax, I don´t have to call/fold turn barrel
He calls, turn is 3 and it goes c/c. Sicne my image was bad I thought he´d likely would c/c or c/rai turn his whole range what he called on the flop, so since I also have showdown value I check back. River is 8s, he checks, I bet 7 into 11 representing 9T, flush and he folds.
So this shows how important is position and why raising is a lot of cases better than calling.
And nl 100 judges, I also start posting hands, since I still maybe have to force to play some poker as a pro, so it never hearts discussing interesting situations.

imo if you have a good BR you should keep paying NL200 till you have a +$2k day, which i guess should be easier with your style, and then losing $1k in a day won't seem so bad.

hmm, winning 2k with one day would be so sick, but well, that´s why we play poker

I can play poker 8+ hours per day at first of August and this time I have reason prove to myself that I´m not everyday brainless clerk whose only challenge is to put right numbers in the right columns trying not to make any mistake, because then he get yelled again my some old bitch ♦
I get 4 more stacks at nl 100, then move to nl 200 and see how I´m doing there. Luckily my living expenses are not so high, so I would need around 1k to live happily ever after

My first 1k day :), or close to it +997,95$.
I haven´t played so many hands, around 11k hands and I´m up 560$ at cash and a little down at tourneys, so in the end I think it is close to even.
And all the nl5 grinders out there- how to get 2000bb stack at nl 2 deep tables playing 64/45 with 3-bet 23% style;)
