Other than that, if you were materially affected by the disconnections, you should contact support with the full details of your case.
The good news is that we have released a new client version with fixes for the bet slider issue and the table sizing issue, so you can go ahead and download the new version right now from 888poker.com or wait a few days for the automatic update.
do you have in mind to resolve disconection problems? 2 month of unplayable software. this is tottaly crap what is going on with this poker room . why in 2 months couldnt fix the problem?

The team are working hard to resolve this issue and hopefully it will finally be sorted out soon.

No it hasnt been going on for 2 months, but for over a year now, last year this DC agony went on for a whole second half of it, and now its on again. The truth is their staff is completely incompetent and their management completely ignorant. The only solution they came up with in a year so far is to say: we are sorry. GG hope your player pool die out soon.

Also, i want to make an account tracked by Pokerstrategy.com but the hyperlink " http://www.888poker.com/promotions/?affiliate=bonussss&sr=1101257" is blocked in Greece. Can you please find a solution for my case?

You will need to contact pokerstrategy admin about that as that's their department.

i am really doubt about fairness in 888games . i have at this moment over 7 k games played on 888 ( sit and go ) and i observed many weird things :
most of the games i played under the instant bonuses and each time i have to release those bonuses we have negative variation
when you are almost to achive a vip level same as above
and other few things as new players are invincibles or "cashout curse "is not really curse becouse is a fact.

everytime I play, I have less money in cashier than my HM2 says I should have. For instance, today, HM says I won 18.68 bucks over 718 hands of nl10, while there are only 18.00 bucks more than last time I checked. This happens every session I play, usually it is 10-50 cents...Any idea what is the cause of this?

We just uploaded the Main Event of the upcoming Super XL series which take place between January 24th and 31st. The Main Event which will take place on the 31.1.2016 will have a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize. The buy-in for the Main Event will be $1,050, a bit higher than the $600 buy-in last year. This will better suit our satellite structure and differentiate itself from our weekly $600 highrollers. This is the only tournament to have been published so far from the Super XL series, and the rest of the series will be announced at a later time, closer to the launch. Satellites for the Main Event will be available in the upcoming days.
