I wouldnt get it in on the flop, because you dont have a flashdraw to go with it and you have just an open ender, backdoor flashdraw and a toppair. So vs a made hand you are a big underdog aswell vs big draws.

EDIT: Actually i did not noticed the stacks, so the comment with betting bigger is irrelavant. Then I would check folded.

On the turn I would bet bigger like >70% of the pot to get value out of sets and a 3 pair type of hand ( if he has them in his calling range, but given his AF I think he would have raised them on the flop, but maybe he could be waiting on safe turn with this type of hands ), once he raises I think that is a clear fold.

If you have a read that he does not float any of his made hands, then maybe check fold is the right play?

CO pfr is 13, so he is never folding to a 3b and you have to play a big pot oop.

Otf i would c-bet $1,60 and if he calls, pray for a non club 8 K or A and if we miss give up.

If the plan is to gii otf, i would try to c/r.
If he checks back, i would barrel any turn.

When you have played almost 3K hands with someone (if you have?) you should have some history with him.

I like the 3bet, but don't pot the flop if you want to get the money in. That is so strong that he is not going to raise you with semibluffs (betting pot excludes air and weak hands from your range). Bet 1,80.

I agree that he would raise all his 2pair+ hands and good combo draws. In his range he has flush draws, straight draws and some Txxx/9xxx hands. You block straight draw outs, so he has a lot of flush draws in his range. Turn sucks as it is really hard to get value from anything. You could have nutflush in your range easily, so I would check. If opponent doesn't have the flush, he has something that hits T9 in some way. With those hands he will often just check back and hope he improves on the river. If he bets the turn with any decent betsizing, I would just fold. He isn't turning his hands to a bluff that often.
