I'd raise preflop to isolate him, you just call for set value but you don't raise for it He ain't a short stack, 50BB are enough to play him in a raised pot imo.

On flop I'd raise to 3.75-4, turn ~7-8 to commit him to any river, shove river. Even though he seems super tight and maybe would fold to a turn raise, his small bets look like he wants a showdown.

As played I def would raise the river and snapcall a shove, he won't have flopped a flush that often, with that nitty stats he never ever would bet a gutshot on flop, and you beat any two pair

To me it is very easy raise pf.
He should probably 3-bet flop/get it all-in with flush, so I´m happy to raise turn and get it all-in.
You should raise river to 10$ and call shove. He´d lead with worse hands than flush.
