Hi, I have made my first deposit on Pokerstarts with a code: free20, any idea when I will get my first 20$ and first 4 tournament tickets ?

Also, for Moneybookers promo, if I dont get 10$ in next 48 hours, should I wait, or open a support ticket ? Thanks for your help !

On the PokerStars website it says it can take up to 36 hours, so everything should be fine.

Regarding Skrill it's pretty much the same thing, it can take a bit on their end.

I'm new on the website. Though I reckon I entered the right pokerstrategy code on pokerstars but I have no access to the pokerstrategyPoints or tournaments from the room.

Have you enabled "Information sharing" through the Account menu in the PokerStars client? It is important that all steps are followed in the Download guide.

If your sure you did everything right I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service.
They can sorted out why you didn’t receive any StrategyPoints (SP) so far.

If you have a tracked PokerStars account and have never deposited, then you can participate in our Double Action freerolls.

If you don't have a tracked account or you have a tracked account and have previously deposited, you can still win money by referring your friends to PokerStars through us. Once they have a tracked account, they can deposit, play the freeroll and if they cash you will receive the equivalent amount in your T-a-F account.

If you downloaded the client via our links it should also work without the code.
Please check if you have the "information sharing" pop-up.
If the software asked you to agree to it, then all is well.
