Well played imo. I think we could cbet flop but x/c is fine also.

I have a similar hand I was intending to post here. I took the same line as you, but it doesn't seem very satisfactory. I expect an unknown villain at NL10 to overcall 3-bets, particularly with that stat-line (albeit on a small sample), so I would expect that we're ahead against the villain's range on the flop, but there's lots of troubling turns and even on a blank turn we can't take too much pressure.

If his VPIP is 52 (21 hands though) , he doesn't necessarily have a K right there , while you have a second pair with OESD.
I expect such players to call a 3-bet with pocket pairs or Ax hands.
I would still call the turn and see what comes on river.

I would play excatly the same, nice hand, if he would bet 1/2 OTT then you could make a call, but now the best play is to fold.

With no enough hands, I usually post just VPIP and PFR because it could give at least some info.

I would check/fold any turn to this sizing except Q.

The fact that we have insufficient information to draw a firm conclusion is not a reason to ignore the information we do have. Villain could be a nit, but most likely he isn't.

52/24 for 21 hands does not mean anything!
