Preflop: Hero is UTG with K♣, A♦. MP3 posts a blind of $0,10.
Hero raises to $0,50, 4 folds, MP3 calls $0,40, CO calls $0,50, 3 folds.

Flop: ($1,65) J♦, 9♠, Q♦ (3 players)
Hero bets $1,20, MP3 raises to $2,40, CO folds, Hero raises to $3,90, MP3 calls $1,10 (All-In).

Turn: ($9,05) K♥
River: ($9,05) 3♠ (2 players)

Against this opponent and his stack what's the good line here? Should I give the hand up right away? Or maybe it's ok to put it in?

nh,

after his flopminraise he gives you better then 4:1 you have a GS+2 OC+ backdoor Nutflushdraw.
Of course he might have hit that board but often its just a single pair, or a flush/straigtdraw, sometimes air. I would raise him all in too

hi
i dont cbet here against 2 players . if you cbet you have to go with your hand with overcards + gs
