So, yushanls92, first don't worry about ICM - there's no ICM in Spins, so only your chip EV matters in the long run. Since your chip EV is falling I guess it's most likely you have some leaks, although it's true that 100 games are not a lot.
Stats would help a bit, but realistically the best way to find your mistakes is by reviewing your hands with you.

I understand that trying to learn PLO is +EV, but what on earth were you doing in PLO Zoom (aka Doom and the biggest raketrap in the universe)? 
The problem is not in the rake (which is surely a bit lower in the nittier game), but in the field. The presence of the fast fold button induces both regs and, most importantly, recs to play tighter (antes were proposed to repair the situation, but they proved unpopular during the PLO5K-only trial). Plus, no table selection is possible in Zoom. Hence regs' winrates are smaller relatively to the rake.
The only (dubious) advantage at small stakes is that some regs find it more difficult to put in the same number of hands per hour at normal tables as they do in Zoom (though I think it's possible).
At high stakes, the pseudorandomness of Zoom seating removes the unfair advantage of scripters, allows everyone (not only those who're at the top of waitlists) to get a (smaller) piece of the fish. That's why there were talks about making HS Zoom-only. But that's rather a necessary evil than an improvement.

In the hand you posted, it's worth thinking about what your pot sized cbet does to both:
1 your betting range; and
2 his continuing range
on this flop.
I think it tells him you never have a bluff but also never a flush or a set. So he can put you exactly on strong top pair type hands.
Now, for him to call your bet he must have either top pair (often with flush draw), K or Q high flush draw, flopped flush or set. (That is, you don't allow him to reach turn with anything worse, because you already told him how strong you are).
On the turn, although this seems to be a good card for you, it doesn't really change where you stand vs. His range. You are way ahead or way behind. I'd bet/fold this turn half pot or check back to reevaluate river. If you bet, you are ahead of most hands that call and crushed by those strong enough to check raise.
