Poker Stars $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players

BB: $1.80
UTG: $2.34
UTG+1: $2.06
MP1: $0.78
MP2: $2.00
CO: $3.25
Hero (BTN): $3.36
SB: $1.83

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with A :diamond: T :diamond:
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.02, MP2 raises to $0.06, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.06, 3 folds

Flop: ($0.17) A :spade: K  3 :club: (2 players)
MP2 bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.37) Q  (2 players)
MP2 bets $0.18, Hero folds

MP2 had 24/14 on 21 hands so far. Would you call the turn here? I don't see him bet much twice that I can still beat. And I will most likely have to call another bet on the river...

You can surely fold without making a big mistake, but this reasoning;

is incorrect (irrespective of this particular hand). You don't have to call any more bets, and he can certainly give up bluffs on the river given the board and your calls (Two-barrels aren't unheard of).

I would fold the Turn as well. Since he's double barreling the Turn, looks like he's representing an Ace, and you are crushed against AK, AQ, AJ and splitting AT. If he's capable of raising preflop with a weaker Ace, then maybe it's a call. It's possible he could be betting the Turn with a draw too. I think a fold is perfectly fine, and a call is probably fine too if you think he's capable of bluffing here.

I like the fold. We can easily be vs a better hand and there are less hands we beat.

I think folding turn Q is okay here. He can have KQ, too, AJ still beats us and AK/AQ have 2p. Those stats won't give us any indication on how aggressive he is or so, so those are not useful. He bets only 1/2 pot, so with some sort of reads this could be a call. But in vacuum, when someone is isolating, betting flop versus 2 and continuing turn, I think folding is the better option in long-run.

And as someone already mentioned, if you call this turn, you don't have to call river.

You are actually right but the thing stopping us is that 1 villain is shortstack.
