btw, are you still playing? I don't see you around.Real life was a bitch and I have been withdrawing most of my bankroll. Nowadays my university studies take so much time that I'm not playing even half-professionally, just playing for fun on NL2-Nl5 when I happen to have some time :/

Yeah, that's the reality. I'm working full-time so I know how it is when you don't have as much time as you would like to. But studying is also great, so enjoy your life as it is! If I could return the time, I would enjoy my university time alot more than I did.

Decided to leave iPoker and moved to PokerStars and it looks good for now. I've also started to plan my time weekly and daily in detail, so I know when is the time for job and job-related stuff and when is the time for poker and I try to stricly stick to it (also use buffers to be able to compensate undone things). The plan includes 20 hours for poker a week (playing:learning - 2:1) with the exact times when to play and when to learn and also how to learn. It's really motivating, actually. I decided to try 5-point plan because with the regular job and social life, I really need things to be well organized. To ilustrate you how ti works, here is the table for this week (it's in Croatian, but you will get the point):

I've played both for quite a time, but always felt like I'm doing much better at PokerStars. For the last month PokerStars graph looks like this...
...and iPoker graph looks like this:
I play the same style on both sites, so maybe Stars pool just suits better to me. I don't know. My impression is that the opponents at iPoker are much more loose/aggressive: fold less to steals, 3bets and cbets, 3bet more, raise cbets more etc. I also always run at least 3bb/100 below EV at iPoker and have very bad luck in general. Maybe I'm just paranoic, but that's my impression. So, even though I have a very good rb deal at iPoker, I think that it's not worthed to play there for me so I decided to try Stars full-time.

The sample is just from NL10 regular tables (I've played speed previously). But generally when you sum up all pros and cons, the Stars are definitelly a better choice, even if you have a rakeback deal with iPoker. It's something you will probably hear from better and more experienced players than me. There are many reasons. Let's just say that the Stars are the most secure and thrustworthy site to play at.
i had similar results on other sites... so PS may be softer in a weird way... i dont know...
on other sites ...
they play random and do not fold top pair in 3b pot, like only a few players do!
they are more fishlike and that causes tilt and it translates to bad results.
played 3 days and lost 300$ until i started to adapt to their game.
Now i understand ranges better and am probably crushing their scalls but ... will never know as i moved back to stars and things went better i guess.

When I sit at iPoker tables it always seems that there is quite amount of bad players around me (broken stacks, limping, stats 60/10), but even though I try to adopt to each of them, it usually ends up with a losing session, which is kind of anoying. ♠_ugly: Might also be that I'm not very good in adopting to them.
