Basic SH-strategy says all-in is fine.
Equilab: AKo vs top 8% hands: 55.42% equity. So in the long run calling V's all-in is right.

Here you can take into consideration how he played against your KK.
Secondly. V has a hudge stack. My guess is that he likes to be the table-captain. And by going all-in he tries to intimidate people. I think he overplays his hand way to often.

If he does this with more than 6% of hands you have a profitable call. This gives a range of ATs+,AQo+,88+. which is pretty wide for 4-betting i think. even with the previous action where he shows JJ(top 1.4% hand) I would be very hassitant that he is so wide.

i'm not saying don't call his all-in on this action. but maybe consider not 5-betting with AKo even against a "Maniac".
