I have been playing at 888 poker site for over a month now and still have no points tracked to my pokerstrategy account. I create my 888 poker account through the link from here (pokerstrategy.com). Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

I suggest creating a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can.
If the problem is fixable, they'll be the only ones who can do so.

I went to the customer support ticket and at the bottom it said no ticket available.
How can I get ticket?

I've never heard of this problem before.
I've asked the other mods about it.
I wonder if the system was down -- give it another try.
I just checked and it worked for me.
If it still doesn't work, I'll follow up.

You need to scroll right to the bottom and click the '+' symbol next to 'Open a new ticket' Please refer to the provided screenshots.
