in general you have to be carefull with interpretation of stats on such a small samplesize. on 73 hands, you can ignore most of the postflop stats and the preflopstats show you just a tendency, not more.

BU just seems to limp a lot of hands and he may not be a good player, but I dont think you should go broke with JJ in this spot since you are a bit deep as well.

Why do you call his 4 bet ???
Fold to his 3 bet preflop
you are commited anyways, you have just 1/2 PS bet left on the flop

I think going broke here is not only boosting variance, you just will be crushed way to often against his range

3bet is OK but you should fold after his 4bet. Shoving against a callings station preflop for 130+BB is a mistake and calling is worst because his range here is JJ+/AK(he hasn`t heard about light 3bets/4bets and will call/fold weaker hands because he is a calling station).
