-AJ is not that likely, he often would raise it preflop,
-44 isnt likely too, cause you have a 4 and one is on the board

he will often raise a FD, which is a reasonable move in this spot.
calling his raise is ok, I would bet turn again to protect
Many players raise a FD on the flop, but only few will continue their agression unimproved on the turn on NL10.
If he raises your turnbet as well, I think you are beat since it shows a lot of strength and the willingness to play for stacks.
As played your riverbet is fine.

He'll also raise a lot of aces on the flop. I'd probably raise again (not too much) on the flop because:
- Very unlikely you don't have the best hand.
- He'll probably call in pos with a lot of aces at least once to see what you'll do on the turn.
- He's gonna call flushdraws a lot of the time, and even better he's sometimes gonna shove them sometimes.
- you're building the pot to get it in.

Considering how you played it, his raise was very good if he had a flushdraw. He's got a lot of fold equity (not in this case ), and he got a free river card. Were you planning on check-raising the turn?

I think bet turn is a must here if you decided to call flop

the only hand that might take this hand for value and beat you is 44 and is very unlikely since you have a 4 . a big part of his range is probably a flush draw .
i would like a check/raise on the turn as played but he check behind
the other option was to 3 bet flop and try to get it in there
