Although you guys put too much of the credit towards me, I think you guys owe it more to yourself that you guys improved that much. It takes a lot of hard work to achieve success. Coaching only helps a little bit but it's more about how hard you guys work!

I love this blog, you are a real inspiration. I hope one day I'll understand the game as well as you do.(well I hope one day I will understand it even more haha :P)
It is also nice to see what all is possible from low to already pretty high limits, as a lot of people say there is not alot of edge anymore etc. but on your challenge through micros it was just amazing

Ewww... I just saw the guidelines and I can't move up till 30k BR... 75BI... I guess it makes sense... We'll try to get that by January as most people know I spend a lot of time helping guys work on their game and it's just not possible to grind the volume I would like...

Not keeping my hopes up but I'm going to try anything now that might help.
I am using them for almost two years and it helped me. I used to have red eyes after working on my pc and playing poker and now it is fine. Lately i am using program called f.lux and it helps as well!

Not much hands to post because most of them are just PWN then be pwned by the river.
People often ask me questions like how do you manage to deal with these things. The truth is really just experiencing it. Running 10bi below EV, 20bi below EV, 50bi below EV, etc... I've had all this before. 220bi BELOW EV in a stretch!!!! Let's just put it this way, it takes a lot of hard work and determination to overcome these tough times!
We can't control how the cards are dealt. The only thing we can control is how well we play during the tough times!
