BB 54/7 3bets 0 - 60 hands
River aggression is 46% but only 13 hands

He is very fishy open limping/calling, weird bet amounts e.g. an A came on the turn and he bet 3X the pot with an IS draw

He took a while to call the turn so it made me think hes drawing, then he donked pot very quickly on the river, do I just have to accept hes made his straight here and fold?

That is a strange assumption. In general when people start thinking, you can exclude draws from their range. Against this guy you are not wrong because he can be thinking about raising his draws but keep in mind this thought process doesn't work against most players. Hand is played well, calling river against such a fish with top two should be fine.

I would bet flop smalleras board is dry, and betturn a little bit bigger.
Usually xc/xc/potdonk is a value line and you have to think twice before calling, but still I do not thinkmany players will fold top 2P here.

I forgot to say, he had been x/r top pair in hands against other players a couple of times, at least once doing a massive 10X pot overbet x/r all in

Pre and flop well played. Would raise bigger OTT. Considering your observation about him, there aren't many hands that beat you at that point but surely on the latest street many hands could beat you.

Bet turn bigger there are now 2 straight and a flush draw on board, I he made a pretty questionable call on the turn and got lucky on the river, the river call is pretty questionable though.

You should have bet more on the turn. The Q gave you two pair, but added another straight draw. You need to protect your hand. His call on the turn screams draw. And you got unlucky on the river as he made his straight. You should have folded the river. I know it's hard to lay down top two pair, but the way this hand was played, it's obvious he made his hand on the river.

Bet turn bigger. Folding river would be good but I think calling is not a big mistake.

Don't try to put an unpredictable opponent on a hand. Besides, his call screams just as much of K6 (or anything) as of 87o.

From the other replies (and also my sentiment) it looks like everyone is on his own when it comes to whether to call river. I am personally calling this guy for reasons I will not try to back up rigorously.

Yeah you're definitely right there!!
I guess when hes 54/7 I'm ahead of most hands he could bet the river with, its just c/c, c/c, bet big does look very suspicious to me

Thanks everyone!!

Remember that his line is for value and strong and it is up to you to decide whether to call or not.
