I am curious about a thing: do you have a reason behind the decision of exchanging, or not exchanging, points into money? Do you wait for a certain amount to gather up? Do you wait until the cat purrs or until you are in a downswing, to buy yourself some extra bucks... anything?

Difficult to say without the info about with poker site we are talking, but on PokerStars I always played satellites to exchange my points in to money.

Up untill this year and the PokerStars changes, I used to cashout every time I get 100k FPPs for the max cash value. Now I'm going to see, but at first glance it seems that it doesn't matter anymore because there are no discounts on bigger purchases. 2500 stars coins gives you $25 and 5000 gives u $50 and so on, so there is no difference. Anyhow, I like to accumulate them, save them for rainy days and not induce the cashout/ convert curse:coolface:
