MP2: 5,293 (52.9 bb)
MP3: 4,482 (44.8 bb)
CO: 5,000 (50 bb)
BTN: 5,925 (59.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q A
5 folds, CO raises to 200, BTN raises to 800, Hero calls 750, BB folds, CO raises to 4,990 and is all-in, BTN folds, Hero ?

Is better here blöff4bet than a call?? At the and it is an easy fold?

This is most likely a tournament as well. So I moved it to the appropriate board as well.

Without any information I would fold here right away, because you’re not closing the action and the button is 4x the original raise. So I don’t think he will fold to often here and playing out of position in a 3bet pot isn’t easy as well if the CO didn’t shoved here. You need to give up most flops as well.

put it this way, with 45bb left, I would try to find a better spot than a bluff vs 2 people who seem very interested with the pot (low fold equity) , unless you have some good read that button 3bets light 4x and CO opens light 2x

Thazar already answered you question and I agree with that. So answer is no in this situation.
If everyone played a lot deeper like 100bb effective I would consider a light 4bet, but even than it ends ugly most of the time in a micro MTT like this.

This.

But I admit when I first saw the hand, if I would play it, would be by raising. Without position AND iniciative, things get really unprofitable.
