The open raising and open pushing charts dont cover the cases when the effective stacks are between 14-20 BB. Lets say the effective stacks are 9-15 BB and I want to create a split opening range. How can I decide which hands to push according to the open pushing charts refered in the article?

I wish PokerStrategy would and think they should make these charts available for bronze players as well, just like the Asaban MTT course. I have 2000 lifetime points for which I didn't get any rakeback or whatsoever and then my affiliate considers me not worthy enough to have access to elementary strategy articles...
