Since he is unknown fish, PFR so far passive, I just give value heavy range. Added one strong bluff, because it is possible also.

Fish also limps KK some of the time.

That's fair. I'd probably check back this flop with mostly marginal/trash hands against this opponent. With KK/76s etc I'd be looking to get max value and not worrying about balance. I'd sometimes check back strong hands on this flop against better villains, but not this time.

I suppose here I'm checking back any hands that miss the flop as well as so-so hands like A7s, 65s etc. so you can cap my range in this particular spot.

I don't know how much fold equity we have versus a limp-caller in this spot.

I think even 20 hands is to little to put fish on range because when some of them sense weakness they can be agro with value or bluff hand.

CO limp/calls pre. He can easily have 76, Kxs, K7o+.
On the river he is not betting without a K.

On the river I cannot see us calling with AJ here... We can raise A6s?

this kind of hands are happening alot at Ipoker, and i have seen all range from aa to 24 so can say i am confused also often

u probably missplayed 2 streets in this hand.
his range doesn't matter as much as his bluffing freq with this line, which generally is going to be pretty low (they usually give up the river after establishing u have something and very often don't even try to bluff at all).

I dont think villain bets this size on the river after being called on turn with a bluffy range.
Since ur range is really capped in this spot, u can call or raise w hands that improved on the river (6x). Other than that, fold.
