Already playing at Pokerstars, how do i then become a bronzestatus?

If you already have an account at PokerStars, I'm afraid you won't be able to earn any StrategyPoints there, not even just the one you need

However, I see you've requested the free poker money by now. Once the money gets transferred to your account, you should automatically receive the upgrade to Bronze as well. So it should be only a matter of time before you have your Bronze status, hopefully

you can't earn points from poker stars if you already had account there before.

Sorry for the late reply. In this case I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service (scroll to the bottom of that page to erite your ticket). They will be able to look into this for you and hopefully get this sorted out asap

The same applies to you, if you didn't create your PokerStars account through PokerStrategy.com, you won't be able to earn any StrategyPoints. However, if you did create your account through us, please keep in mind it can take up to 2 or 3 days for your StrategyPoints to get updated. So if you played today and you generated rake on PokerStars, your StrategyPoints won't update immediately.

If you run into any further problems with this, just send us a ticket and our support team will be able to look into this for you further
