I would 3bet him even more, as we are deep and OOP, and overshove flop :).
No, really, you are around 23% against his made flush, so any kind of bet is commiting you. On the other side, he is not calling often without a heart, but is m/b checking behind some hearts. I think Im gonna c/f here, but really, pretty ugly spot.
