I Won another mtt in grand fashion, actually it isnt it was really silly i made huge all in misclick of 500K chips into 40k pot HU and he called T3 high with a flush draw and my hand held
So it was the 5€ sunday core at betfred for 469€.
Onto other news i made gold status at pokerstars for the first time. crushing my previous vvp record in a month of 700 vvps by a longshot
Ill provide more info as to bankroll, winning at cash and mtts in later post, as i dont even know them at time of writing
although i can assure you im winning quite handsomely at NL25 Zoom FR very low volume, but mtts and other formats have cut down my PokerStars profits over the past week so i have cut them down by alot

Well i took down another, PokerStars 2.2 turbo progressive KO for $399+ ~$250 in KOs
this coming a day after finishing 4th at betfred for 89€ and 2 days after my 469€ win
Had a really nice run at 888 this morning in the $22 deepstack tourney finished 15th for $49 AK vs QQ
i know i said i wanna go to cash, but making the transition is tough because tournaments are what i always played, but today was having some difficulty seeing the tables, my eyes were really bothering me
Thinking i should continue playing mtts as long as im winning, and give cash a solid go when i feel like im not
Well Bankrolls
Stars: $1259
Betfred: 1012€
888: $117
FTP $150
Netteller: $90

! You are crushing! Nice run! Why stop playing tourneys? You have really good results. You can maybe visit a doctor for your eyes and/or buy some drops or take more breaks idk but keep crushing! good luck!

2016 Update, and a happy near year to all

Quick recap of 2015: 2015 started a bit rough for me, was on a bit of a downswing, but by the middle of the year it had all changed i won a few mtts, mostly deepstacked games, but due to my irresponsibility i lost/spent it all by November.

In the last 6-8 weeks of the year of was able to turn $3.40 into ~ $3000 making over a dozen final tables across multiple networks winning a fair share of them

I joined the Br challenge just before Christmas with approx $1700, had made a few withdrawals but still made it to $2500 before the end of the year

2016. I decided to withdraw more than half my funds, use some of it to visit eye doctor, savings etc, so im starting with $1000, with 2 goals in mind

Firstly my $10,000 target which i hope to accomplish before June/my bankroll challenge and $30,000 by the end of the year

Additional goals:
:learn how to really crush 45-180 mans up to $15 to keep bankroll growing

:Watch 1 poker video every 2 days

:Read 1 chapter of a book on a subject im struggling daily

:Attend Coachings

BRM: Monday- Saturday (Mtts 0.03 BRM 300 buyins) except 5.5 deepstack will play play anytime any bankroll
: Sundays (MTTs 100 buyins)

Mtsngs 200 buy in

With a goal of 80 Mtsngs a day

He danan758,

thx for the post with all your goals. Does this mean you will change the BRM for the BR challenge? We are back from our christmas break and would be happy to see your weekly update again: https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=326222

Well this year has been a bitch, running really poorly, i usually attribute downswings with poor play, but this downswing is a bit of both but alot more bad beats, so been taking alot of breaks didnt play many days, but everyday i seemed to play i finished down $100 or more, so dropped by -$400 roughly
UNTIL!! well though im disappointed I finished 5th in the hot 3.3 for $496 boosting br to $1501 so im up for the year

So overview of the year
Cash games: 1628 hands -$77
MTTs 241 +$169

He Danan758,

how is it going? Thx for the update - i counted it as 92$ up & total BR of $1501 for our BR challenge.
How does it feel to come so deep in the big $3.30? I find it always amazing how you can keep the concentration so high for such a long time!

PS: please next week give us also an update in the https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2242471#post2242471 -Thread, thx!

hey ok no prob
it was hot 3.3 wasnt as long but seeing that most of my big cashes are at deep stacked the point still stands
To keep concentrating i talk to myself during hands, keeps me asking questions and thinking, when i dont i play slightly bad
felt crappy actually was really hoping to score above 1k but ill take the 496
but seeing that most of my big cashes are at deep stacked the point still stands

hey i was just coming to update yh you're right have not been at tables much wasnt playing well so decided to take it easy

been 30 tabling plus making lots of fts, but for some reason i dont play well at them, mtsngs that is, i dont factor in icm i always go for the win, bubble 45 mans when im sitting in 2nd place and even worse spots im not even gonna mention, should have been up a reasonable figure but i squandered most of them

Current br 1542
-$28 mtts this year
+$34 at cash games
+$58 in rake back
im up over 130 this year dont know where the extra came from or if my stats just aren't accurate

4th $11 $3.5K gaurantee for roughly $360
a few mtsng wins
$7 45man
$3 45
2 $5 90man KOs

nl100 AA vs QQ

2 $15 spin and go won both for $90 total

so very productive high volume day

played much better today, unlike past few days think i was at my B game but that was enough to beat todays games

so BR on last day of week 3 is $2053 so increased br by 33% so far, sounds ok but not really i should have done much better
including todays mtt i started playing sub par at 6 handed i was tourney chip leader up until then

Hey dropped out of bankroll builders challenge, didnt have much insentive to stay, not much mtt material compared to the likes of 6max cash, and i pay another training site anyway, so the rewards for being part of it didnt appeal to me much

Well anyway i have not been playing much having played only 3 days last week finishing: 2nd in a 1.1 on thursday for $200 didnt play until monday and finished: 5th in the BIG 5.5 for $1000
a little disappointed because i shoved the button with 11bbs A4 into sb chip leader and bb short stack of 5bbs
Chip leader was somewhat of a nit so i could have raise folded to him but he called my all in with 99 and i busted
well another lesson i learnt the hard way

Hey have not been posting much i have been active on the tables but thats all i been doing poker wise

Did manage to pick up a few more notable fts
3th in $11 tourney for $458
sunday million qualifier but i unregistered and kept my tmoney ( thought stars removed Tmoney)

Anyways my game is quite good for the stakes i play many deep runs but in all honesty im a lazy ass, i dont put in enough effort into improving my results should be much better, i also believe i could have done better at some of my fts had i worked on my game more

I usually play 20+ tables, im gonna decrease that to 8 or 9 im cutting out all turbos except $5 90man KO

I bought Moorman's book well over a year ago and had probably only gone through a couple examples, im gonna finish this book within the next 3 weeks as well as brush up on a couple chapters from kill everyone

When i make make an additional 1k im gonna resume playing multiple sites to get my PokerStrategy status up and have the advantage of smaller field Mtts, followed by a subcription for a tournament coaching site

Nice, I am reading Moorman's book as well. Cutting down the tables sounds like a good idea, it must be hard to improve your game whilst playing 20 tables.
