Limp/Call -> Bet Range OOP ?

It is a raise/call and not limp/call preflop?

Calling a 3bet OOP and donking small (sizing is important) usually indicates weakness. I don't think he is bluffing but he most likely has a hand like a middle pair here (or Jx if he's the type of guy who always sees AA in a 3bet). Reasoning for this type of donking is usually something along the lines of "I don't want to check/call big bet out of position so I'll donk small and if he is strong, he'll raise me; if he just calls, my hand is fine". Which of course makes me bluffraise these donks a ton and barrel if called (but make sure you notice the timings).

The problem here is that a weak player on nl2 can be scared and then still call you down because he hates folding. I'd still probably go ahead and raise it but I don't mind giving up if population read tells you that fish will call anyway. I don't completely exclude strong hands like sets or AJ from his range but they are unlikely and our bluffs don't have to always work.

If we are talking about limp/called pots then ranges are similar but you will usually have less fold equity as it is harder to look strong in a single raised pot than in a 3bet pot.

Yes. Checking instead of donking is the standard line for many players and I wouldn't exclude anything from his preflop calling range.

So well I think I will not exclude the possibility to raise the next time (depending to the stats of villian)

I don't know if we should start playing a loose range aggressively vs a fish. By standard I would fold QTo here. When he donks small he probably has some middle pair or weak Jx, ofc we can not rule sets out completely. Raising him should have good fold equity but folding is ok too.

Hand sample is too small and I would not like to raise this hand.
As played, I like to raise the donker.
