KQ is a good 3bet defend due to its blocking effect. Often when our opponent calls us it is going to be mostly with middle PP.

Postflop cbet is standard unless you have a compelling reason not to, based on villain read. If the villain never folds to cbet in a 3bet pot, you can exploitive X-F. If the villains' call3 range is very narrow (high Fold to 3bet) you can also consider a give up, but should remember that such a villain is over-foldy and could be moved off enough of his range by a half potter here quite easily.

Always I think in 3bet pots with initiative rather than thinking "should I cbet" you should be doing it by default unless you can find a reason not to.

Here, with two overs and a backdoor straight draw with no good info on a fairly standard villain, I'm cbetting 100%.

Looks like a standard cbet spot for me. In some spots we could consider giving up as Jaissica said but with out info on villain I think cbetting is standard.

We don't know for a fact that we'll get floated. Hand (junk with no playing prospect whatsoever) is perfect for a 1-barrel (without further reads).

Second barrel if still unimproved is burning money. On turn there are a lot of cards that can help us.
