One week ago i have registered at Betvictor casino (microgaming network). I played around 100 hands, couldnt import hands at pokertracker, stopped playing and signed out, was searching for short time on web how to import hands in pt4, tried to log in again at betvictor, but i got a message that my account was closed permanently and around 150 euros which i deposited it stays with betvictor. I contacted support, asked what happend, they just wrote me that they permanently closed my account togethet with terms and conditions, without saying what did i do against T&C. I asked them again (politely all the time), if they could tell me at least the reason why my account is closed, so that i can try to explain it or to not do the same mistake again if i really made one, again i got only T&C. Then i read in detail T&C, they state that they have all the rights to close account and keep the funds if there is any suspicion about fraud activities. Then i asked them again to tell me what i did, and if they dont answer me, i will spread what they did to all my poker friends and on forums, so that they at least dont steal money from orher players. Finally i got answer, they said that they will do account verification, and if everything is fine they will reopen my account. I sent them copy of my Passport, copy of my skrill card, copy of skrill transaction which i used to deposit on betvictor. They said it is all fine, we need additionally bank statement where my address could be seen. I have sent it they said it is fine, but the address which you entered in betvictor is not the same as in your bank statement, so please send us your bank statement with the address which you used to register at betvictor. I told them that the address which i registered in betvictor is my previous address, i moved recently and still i am used to write my previous address so i made mistake typing my previous address. They answered it is all fine, but they still need the bank statement not older than 3 months where the same address as registered in betvictor could be seen. The account stays frozen (not anymore permanetely closed) until i provide a proof of my address. I explained again that it is not possible since i dont live there anymore and that i already sent them the bank statement with address where i live currently (the current address is 5 minutes walking from my previous address, so it is not other country which is not eligible on betvictor which i would understand as a real issue). They sent me again T&C only. I asked 2 more times, and 2 more times i got T&C. I told them that what they did for me is a criminal act, even though they have written so nice T&C so that they can legaly steal and do whatever, and i told them i give up my money, have fun with my money (surely again i got T&C as an answer)
So at the end, they found the reason to close my account and keep funds. I admit my mistake for entering false address, but imagine i you would go to bank and first you register account then deposit money, and they say, we close your account and keep your money because you entered false address. But in banks they first ask you for Id, proof of address and then you are done with registering and can deposit.
