Hi guys, I'm starting to play 6max cash, this is my first post :f_biggrin: I'd like to know if my shove pre flop with this cards was ok or not... I don't know the vilain... I was thinking it could be a good play because I had double suited but it could be bad because I had a 5... I don't know hahah... I need to improve my pre flop still...

Thx in advance

CO has AAxx there quite often and against that you have around 34% equity on average. That is pretty bad stack off. Even if he is a loose cannon and shoves 10% range there you are still 45% underdog.

I have moved your thread to the hand discussion section, because its fits better there.
As PLO fish I can’t imagine that the CO will call/4bet with less than AAxx. So I would fold here as well.

Cheers,

If you're 1v1ing AAxx if you are in multi all in i like AAxx or str8 range like 67s89s ...

I just didn't understand this at all.

It isnt a squeeze in the first place. Against a standard UTG range you get 4bet too often. Can't call a 4bet. Your hand plays great MW

And at micros (PLO10 and lower) I don't believe there ever is "squeeze" as 3bet after caller doesn't squeeze anyone. It's just "lets play a big 3way pot where I am oop!". In Holdem where ranges and preflop dynamics are a bit different it is a squeeze. But at micros where that caller rarely has a premium hand, he doesn't 4bet almost ever so the original raiser doesn't have to worry about that (and therefore he is not squeezed).

Against 15-20% UTG opener it's not a sqz. If a player is a fish it gets interesting. But it's def not a standard to 3bet AKT5ds vs UTG I haven't played micro PLO in years so maybe players raise like 35-40% UTG but I would be surprised if it was a case
