You don't need to be tracked, but it must be on a partner room as per this post.

My update,for first 5K hands :
Unfortunately my stream is lagging,my internet speed is good and i lost many hours to "test" my stream--> even my first session I have tilt for that and donate six buy-ins .I'm a worst poker streamer here...

u need to setup proper bitrate for your internet provider in OBS, just go to speedtest. net and then set upload bitrate to 75% of ur upload speed. i.e. 1mbit upload = 750bits
