Hi everyone

I think everything went like as it should be until the turn. Preflop I called because MP was a fish and there were nobody behind me with high sq stats. Ott I tried to bluffcatch. Maybe an Ax with diamond can call one street, but nothing worse than our hand can call another bet than that. Otr I dont think that I could fold. 4 sets, maybe 2 flushes and two A3s that can beat me.

Wow. How easy someone is presented as a fish and we can call every hand???
1. Calling this hand is not ok. Give stats for MP , please.
2. You have a pretty decent hand sample on villain.
3. Villain is 23/14. The gap between VPIP and PFR tells you that he will call you wide. This is why you do not want to call MP's open...
4. What are you bluffcatching on a mono coloured paired board???
5. What hands are betting turn+river on that board?

You are facing a very passive and somewhat loose player you get nothing by check calling turn and check calling river. Bet flop, bet/fold turn and bet/fold river. He wont raise with anythig worse and you can value bet all his Ax.

I would fold this hand pre.
As played I think I would bet turn.
Vs this villain I think it is better to fold turn since you checked, at least fold OTR.

My opponent was a 48/23 with almost 500 hand
If you bet turn what would you do on this river?

Easy check fold in that case.

VPIP/PFR doesn't tell me enough, I would like to see his postflop stats but I guess he is passive calling station. He might call turn with weaker flush, 3x, A6 but he doesn't start betting river with weaker hands. If villain is not calling your turn bet he will not call your river bet either if you check turn. And I can guarantee that if river brings fourth diamond or double paired board you will not get action even from those weaker hands that might call your OTT bet and some of those might beat you then.

Board is scary for bluffs. Pot is not small, so you can xf river.
